I’m thrilled to have you here and excited to share a little bit about myself and my journey with you.
My passion for beauty therapy runs deep — three generations, to be exact. It all started with my grandmother, the first beauty therapist to introduce her expertise to Fiji, all the way from India. She opened “PRIMROSE,” where she became known for her rejuvenating milk baths and herbal facials, transforming both skin and confidence for the people of Fiji.
Inspired by my grandmother’s pioneering work, my mother, Pratibha, took her own passion for beauty to new heights. Partnering with my father, they rebranded and expanded their business into the renowned Beauty Mantra Skin Care & Day Spa, always evolving and staying ahead of the latest trends and treatments to meet their clients’ needs.
This legacy ultimately led to me, the youngest of three. I graduated with top honors from Elite International, New Zealand’s leading beauty academy, and went on to earn my international qualification through CIDESCO, the world’s most prestigious certification for aesthetics and beauty therapy.
My personal experience with acne has only fueled my dedication to skin care, pushing me to continue my education and learn about the best treatments for every skin concern. I know how overwhelming it can be to navigate the sea of online “solutions,” so I’m here to make things easier for you. My goal is simple: to educate, guide, and help you achieve the best version of your skin.

Besides having previously worked at some of the best salons in Auckland, Caitlin ran her very own clinic in St Heliers for a number of years. After having her beautiful daughter Aubrey, Caitlin decided to take a step back and enjoy motherhood.
Caitlin has a bubbly personality and a way of making clients feel comfortable and taken care of. She’s an incredibly fast waxer, an absolute whiz with eyebrows, lash lifts & laminations. Above all, Caitlin’s true passion & expertise lies in helping clients heal their skin. From inside out.
She is committed to providing the highest quality service, ensuring that every client leaves feeling satisfied.
Nandika is temporarily filling in while Skin Atelier is on the hunt for their next senior aesthetician. Once this role has been filled, Nandika will return back to her management role and any clients under her care will fall under the new aesthetician.
